Our Terms & Conditions


  1. All client bookings require an upfront payment.

  2. You may be required to provide a deposit to secure an appointment, which will be deducted from the final cost of the full service provided.

  3. If you cancel or don’t show up to your appointment, as per clauses below, you will not be refunded your deposit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  1. If you cancel (or reschedule) your appointment within 48 hours, or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service value. Any deposit made will be deducted from the 50% charge. The amount will be deducted from the card provided at the time of booking. If no credit card is nominated, the deposit paid will be automatically forfeited and the difference owing to the salon may be recovered from you.

  2. Scheduled appointments can be cancelled if more than 48 hours’ notice is given by contacting the salon during business hours, via phone or email.

  3. Scheduled appointments cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.

  4. If any services are removed from the booking with less than 48 hours’ notice, the amount of the original service/s will be charged. This includes change of mind at the time of the appointment.


  1. For cancellations only, the deposit will be refunded if more than 48 hours’ notice is given to the salon.

  2. We will not offer a refund if you simply change your mind about the service received or product purchased.

  3. As per the Australian Consumer law, refunds will only be offered if there is a major failure or minor problem that can’t be fixed within a reasonable time with a product sold or service provided to you that does not meet a consumer guarantee.


  1. We aim to provide high quality services and products. Some products may cause side effects which are stated on the packaging. Our Salon will not be held responsible for any reasonably foreseeable side effects that might occur from use of our products.

Maintaining Records & Consent To Charge Credit Cards

  1. Our salon is committed about the privacy and confidentiality of personal and sensitive information. We ensure legal compliance by handling, protecting and maintaining the security of information acquired from you.

  2. We are not responsible for the collection, distribution and handling of your personal and sensitive information by anyone who is not employed by our salon.

  3. It’s your responsibility to notify us of changes regarding personal contact and credit card details.

  4. If a clause applies that obliges you to pay, you authorise the salon to charge your nominated credit card.

Gift Vouchers

  1. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

  2. Gift Vouchers will only be valid for the specific product or services stated on the card.

  3. Gift Vouchers that have passed their expiry date will not be valid and cannot be used to redeem the product or service.
